At Ashnikko Store, we want you to be obsessed with your new gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
